Overview: Integrated MSP Corp., a trusted Managed IT Services Provider with 30+ years of industry experience, is seeking a client-focused IT Account Manager. This role is perfect for someone who thrives on building long-term client relationships, understands the MSP model, and can align technology with business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the main point of contact for assigned client accounts
  • Conduct regular Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) and strategic planning sessions
  • Maintain customer Budgets, Customer Contacts, and Customer accounts database information
  • Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities
  • Collaborate with the technical team to ensure excellent service delivery
  • Monitor contract renewals and maintain high client satisfaction
  • Enter Sales Orders, Opportunities, Purchase Orders, and Quotes into CRM/ Accounting system.
  • Work with Vendors to source hardware and software
  • Attend Networking Events

Requirements:

  • 2+ years in account management, ideally within an MSP or IT services environment
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365, cybersecurity, and cloud solutions
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience with ConnectWise, Autotask, or similar PSA tools is a plus
  • Proficient with MS Excel
