Overview: Integrated MSP Corp., a trusted Managed IT Services Provider with 30+ years of industry experience, is seeking a client-focused IT Account Manager. This role is perfect for someone who thrives on building long-term client relationships, understands the MSP model, and can align technology with business goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the main point of contact for assigned client accounts
- Conduct regular Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) and strategic planning sessions
- Maintain customer Budgets, Customer Contacts, and Customer accounts database information
- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities
- Collaborate with the technical team to ensure excellent service delivery
- Monitor contract renewals and maintain high client satisfaction
- Enter Sales Orders, Opportunities, Purchase Orders, and Quotes into CRM/ Accounting system.
- Work with Vendors to source hardware and software
- Attend Networking Events
Requirements:
- 2+ years in account management, ideally within an MSP or IT services environment
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365, cybersecurity, and cloud solutions
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience with ConnectWise, Autotask, or similar PSA tools is a plus
- Proficient with MS Excel
